Filing complaints
Bidders may submit complaints regarding the technical evaluation results within five days. Complaints outside this timeframe or not aligned with tender criteria will not be considered.
Opening of technical envelopes
The bid must offer the lowest price at the national level and must be below the government-approved price set by the Egyptian Drug Authority.
Final award announcement
The awarded prices remain valid for two years from the award date, with the possibility of extending for a third fiscal year. The prices are fixed, and the awarded bidder must comply with the delivery schedule.
Contract execution
UPA will oversee the contract signing, delivery, and payment processes.
